I've been to OneBurger quite a few times as I've worked my way through the menu and tasted a good majority of the burgers. What I really like is the variety of burgers available. You can get any of the burgers served on a Whole Wheat Bun and there's Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian & Turkey Burgers on the menu.

My 2 particular favorite burgers on their menu is the Double Cheeseburger Stack (twin 4 oz. patties with Cheddar and American cheeses and I add applewood bacon) and the Black Castle Burger.

The Black Castle burger is very reminiscent in flavor of a White or Royal Castle slider. It has finely chopped onions with American Cheese and ketchup. Now, before someone drops down my throat for having ketchup on a burger, this is one of the exceptions to the rule.

The Black Castle, I believe is meant to recreate a particular burger taste, ketchup is necessary to creating that. The only odd thing is your burger is served cut in half but I'm assuming you can ask for that not to happen.

As far as sides go, under their "Fries, Etc." heading on their Menu, there are Fries, Sweet Potato Fries,

Onions Rings (beer battered) and Yuca Fries. All are good choices but the Sweet Potato Fries and Yuca Fries really stick out. If you're looking for taste and variety, OneBurger is the word and don't you forget it.

One Burger is the battle of the sexes come to life in a fast food store. My wife is a fan but I don't see the delirium.
The patty's are small and flavorless and rely on the condiments for flavor. Condiments are meant to compliment the beef flavor, not replace it. It might as well be tofu under all of that crap.
My mom and dad came over to babysit the kids the other day and decided on OneBurger from my vast collection of local menu's. Knowing he's picky about food I advised against it but he insisted. The verdict: he was not impressed either, but my mother liked it.
Although I don't really like the place I do have a favorite -- the Au Poivre burger. I think the sauce and the peppercorns have just enough flavor to keep my mind off the pile of cardboard beneath.
My local alternatives: The Globe Bar (next door to One Burger) has a nice burger - but its like $12 - not that I'm hurting for cash but the Capitol Grill's burger is about the same price and a million times better. Gables Diner's burger is good but they can never manage to give me hot french fries. I guess I must look like someone who prefers cold, stale french fries. The burger at the Bar (on Giralda next to Archie's Pizza) isn't too shabby either.
I love Oneburger . i eat there 4 times a week. the onion rings are amazing as are the yuca fries. i like that they have such a wide selection of burgers, beef, chicken, turkey and their veggie burgers are the best i've tasted. Last week my office manager ordered from the catering menu and the whole office was delighted. Something original, I'm tired of trays of cold sub sandwiches and dominos pizzas.
