Burger Bar Book Giveaway

In honor of National Hamburger Month, we're going to have a few giveaways this month. The first of which is a copy of Hubert Keller's new book Burger Bar. So what do you have to do to win it? Well, it's rather easy, leave a comment on this post telling us why you should win the book. I'll pick the winner on Tuesday night, Cinco De Mayo after a few tequila shots. I would suggest you leave us some method with which to get ahold of you, if not, I'll be forced to give the book to some degenerate, which might be the case anyway. Good luck.

UPDATE: Tom is the winner, he will be notified by email. He had me at In-N-Out.

Even though you're french, you have a shot at winning this, plus you're the only one who's left a post. Unless of course, I decide I like my post best. Just kidding.

I should win because I'm not french...and I need a good excuse to eat more red meat and cheese!

I ate at In & Out Burger yesterday in Long Beach on Friday - and I don't need excuses to eat red meat and cheese! I guarantee, with the possible exception of yourself, I've eaten more red meat than anyone that has passed through the beast!

WINNER! You can do it!

I should win that book because like Burger Beast, I am in constant search for the perfect burger.

I've been to the west coast and the east coast of the USA as well as the northwest of Miami and la saguesera and I still haven't found it, yet I have my favorites.

Tonight, I tried the Porterhouse in Sunny Isles. Collins and 170th.

I recommend it highly. It deserves a BB review. Plus, the drafts are three for one during happy hour, which lasts until 9 p.m.

And this includes Heineken draft.

Also, all the waitresses are Russian so it adds another dimension towards the experience.

Tonight, I had the bacon cheeseburger. My only regret is not specifying that I like cheddar because they put American cheese and that kind of sucked.

But the burger was excellent.

Also, because I have yet to find the perfect burger, I am constantly trying to make the perfect burger at home.

I have not succeeded but I am having fun trying.

Perhaps the book would help.

I really need to win! I read your blog everyday. The economy sucks and now I have a resource to find the great hamburger places and don't have to waste my money on the crappy ones!
