When I was in
Las Vegas I was dying to eat at
Hubert Keller'
s Burger Bar
but both times I went to the
Mandalay Bay that place was packed.
Dietcolalola ended up eating there, and rubbing it in my face by not only sending me picture messages from her phone of the food she ordered but offering to review the place for the
Burger Beast site (ok, so that wasn't so bad). She loved the place, and if you do too and or even if you've never been to the
Burger Bar or heard of
Hubert Keller (she hadn't), the
Burger Bar is a way cool book with burger recipes galore. There's at least 50 recipes for anything from bison burgers to vegetarian burgers to fries or a milkshake. If you're looking to expand your burger cooking horizons then you can't go wrong with this book.
