Coca Cola's New Freestyle machines will be available in several Southern California restaurants in a couple of weeks. It's going to be touch screen and will have the potential to create 100 different drinks. How? It will allow you to choose a base flavor (Coke, Sprite etc..) and then infuse it with other flavors like Grape or Strawberry. Pretty cool stuff. Unfortunately there's no word on when it will make it's way to Florida. The idea is to have these set up in restaurants to increase the variety and to help the Coca Cola Company understand regional tastes and purchasing behavior.
